Flip chart, OHP, Video, TV etc availble if required.

Rooms Rented by Session:  Morning      9.00 - 1.00

                                                      Afternoon   1.00 - 5.00

                                                      Evening       6.00 - 9.00

Training Room:         Single Session         £50.00

Basement Lounge:  Single Session         £40.00    

Top Floor Lounge:  Single Session          £40.00   

Meeting room:  £10 per hour 

Charge for TV / Video / Camera      -      £20.00

Charge for Tea, Coffee and Biscuits will be as follows:

                                   Weekends      -     £4.00 per head

                                   Daytime          -     £2.00 per head

                                   Evenings         -    £0.50 per head

INFORMATION

KEYS: Please uplift keys from the Centre 12 hours prior to your
meeting and return them the following day.

DOORS: Please keep the INNER DOOR LOCKED at all times. It is
advisable to keep the keys on your person as this door is electrically
operated and shuts behind you when you go out.

FURNITURE: Furniture can be moved around but please return to the 
appropriate rooms before leaving.

TELEPHONE: For emergency only. The phone outside the kitchen in the basement can be used and to get an outside line dial 9.
